VSTI’s proven approach to technology insertion provides a cost-savings for most customers because we choose commercial products based on their viability in the domain of the solution space. We also “test-drive” the products under consideration in our Advanced Solutions Lab (ASL) often before engagements. In this fashion, our customers do not expend valuable time and money “discovering” the viability and integration issues associated with a commercial product - while under contract. Our approach follows a simple, but highly effective 5-step process. We:

1. Identify specific intelligence domain problems that can be addressed by technological solutions
2. Identify and evaluate viable cutting edge COTS products that may be viable as part of a solution
3. Design multiple architectures to incorporate technologies as corporate solutions
4. Develop live demonstration systems in our Advanced Solutions Lab (ASL) to verify product performance, confirm feasibility, and identify/resolve integration issues
5. Publish findings
