The VSTI Project Management Office (PMO) mission is to assist our managers in achieving strategic goals through the implementation of project and portfolio management as a business discipline. We accomplish this by providing the highest quality and most rapid transfer of process, techniques, knowledge and skills to our client teams.

Our objective is to rapidly mature the skills of managers and leaders. Our approach includes providing project management assessments, project management training and certification, coaching and mentoring, managing strategic process, training and rapid process improvement.
