    Software Development Manager

    Description: Oversee the design, development, debugging and implementation of software for all product lines. Manage team of developers includes setting goals and developing team members.

    Security Developer/Senior Systems Engineers (T)

    Description: Responsible for developing and implementing security systems and additions to the operating system, and for working with security architects, mission developers, system accreditors to ensure mission system security. The candidate must be able to create, modify, test, and document secure system applications per an approve schedule and milestones as well as implement approved remediation actions that are recommended and identified during the certification and accreditation process.     Description:
    Perform design, coding and unit test of a new Defensive mission applications as they are defined. Note: these will be defined in concert with the mission owner as Defensive needs are identified.

    System Administrator III (TS)

    • Provide Senior System Administration to the development systems which parallel the operational in capability and depth
    • Requires advanced networking skills / knowledge and ability to maintain multi-domain networks

    Scheduler (TS)

    This position is for a Scheduler to support the program system engineering (SE). The primary roles for this position are to:
    1) Capture and maintain the various project schedule information;
    2) To transfer data from the classified schedules to the unclassified contract Program schedules; and
    3) Update and integrate the project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
    The Scheduler will:
    • Capture the tactical schedule data during spin planning.
    • Update and maintain the various schedules during the spin cycles.
    • Transfer, import, and export schedule data between MS Project and Primavera as necessary.
    • Export data required for the unclassified contract Program schedules.
    • Create excel spreadsheets for coordination Minimum Requirements
    1. At least three years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
    2. Minimum five years (total) experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs that exceed $5M a year in cost with: Utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar scheduling software including identifying the critical path, resource loading, project linking, and cost/schedule integration.
    3. The candidate must have at least two years experience with MS Project and Primavera
    4. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of the NSAW Systems Engineering process that encompasses system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, process execution, and evaluation.
    5. The candidate must have experience with programs using multiple, interdependent schedules.

    Scheduler II (TS)

    Description of Position:
    This position is for a Senior Scheduler to support the Master Scheduler. The primary roles for this position are to
    1) Maintain a framework for integrating the classified schedules that make up the system;
    2) To work with the unclassified NCC Program schedulers to ensure the necessary data for program control is transferred;
    3) Development and maintain selected classified schedules required to manage the program. The Master Schedule Engineer will work as a system engineering lead with a Government lead to achieve the schedule goals for each Spin.
    Specific duties include:
    • Assisting the Master Scheduler defining the tactical activities and spin schedule goals during spin planning. This will include capturing descriptions of the various spin deliverables, identifying the appropriate deliverable meta-data, and reconciling conflicting delivery dates.
    • Assisting the Master Scheduler working with system architects, system developers, testers, and system engineers to ensure the evolving plans are accurately captured in the appropriate schedules,
    • Assisting the Master Scheduler defining and executing data transfers between the classified schedules and the unclassified, program schedules that support earned value management (EVM).
    • Developing reporting processes that support the NCC spin business rhythms.
    Minimum Requirements
    • At least three years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligent activity, five years preferred.
    • Minimum ten years (total) experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs that exceed $5M a year in cost with: Using Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar scheduling software including identifying the critical path, resource loading, project linking, and cost/schedule integration.
