Vision Systems & Technology, Inc. (VSTI), an ISO9001 certified 8A small business, is an Information Technology Solutions company that provides innovative technological services. VSTI offers services in the core areas of software engineering, systems engineering, management consulting, and technology consulting. VSTI is also certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation as a MBE/DBE. Our specialty is delivering comprehensive, best of breed solutions for our customers by leveraging our domain expertise and established partnerships with commercial vendors and strategically aligned service-providers. The firm’s corporate headquarters is located in Ellicott City, Maryland in a 15,000 square foot Class A facility.

VSTI is an experienced Intelligence Community prime contractor with Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) approved labor rates and accounting systems. Many of the senior managers at VSTI are Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, and over 90% of the staff maintains high-level security clearances.

The facilities of VSTI also include the Advanced Solutions Lab (ASL) where senior technical staff members at VSTI work with vendors partners to develop domain specific solutions on state-of-the-art equipment. The 9000 square foot VSTI Performance Center is designed to support activities associated with classified contracts with the Department of Defense.
